Steps to Enable Focus Mode on Android to Avoid Distractions

Note: Since we have a Samsung device with us, we will show the tutorial for how to enable Focus mode on Samsung Devices. The steps might vary a little depending on your device. Just know the process, and you will be all set to enable the feature.

Step 1. First of all, open Settings on your Android device.

Step 2. On the Settings, scroll down and tap on the ‘Digital WellBeing and parental controls’ option.

Step 3. On the Digital Wellbeing and parental controls, you will find lots of options. Just look at the ‘Ways to disconnect’ section.

Step 4. On the ‘Focus Mode’ tap on the ‘Work Time’ or ‘Me Time’ option.

Step 5. Now select the apps that you want to use while Focus Mode is turned on. Remember that these are the apps that you can only use while the Focus Mode is on.

Step 6. After selecting the apps, tap on the ‘Start’ button.

Step 7. You can create multiple modes and customize each one as per your wish.

Step 8. To stop the Focus mode, tap on the ‘End Focus Mode’ button.
